Through the Estrela Logistics Company (E-Log), the Municipality of Estrela moves to expand the use of the Port of Estrela and its surroundings as an infrastructure, logistics, commercial and production outflow hub. The administration should publish a public notice for sand troughs and a public notice must also be issued for an area of 1.7 hectares. According to the president of E-Log, Elaine Strehl, it is a prime space, close to BR-386. There are two spaces in this announcement, with a minimum value of R$ 18 thousand. Elaine also adds that the city hall has started the environmental licensing process for a green area on the right bank of the highway, with approximately 18 hectares.
