The Suape Industrial Port Complex launched the Suape Open Innovation platform on Thursday (31) to accelerate company advancement via collaboration with other enterprises and Scientific and Technological Innovation Institutions (ICTs). The Desenvolve.aí program, designed by the Economic Development Agency of Pernambuco (Adepe) in collaboration with Porto Digital, was presented during the event. According to Adriana Martin, Director of Innovation and Transformation at Suape, the program is crucial for ports. “This initiative will not only help companies operating within the complex to enhance their efficiency and productivity but also encourage employees to embrace innovation as a part of their daily routine. We have several successful case studies of companies that have adopted innovative practices at the port, and the results speak for themselves,” she added.
