Brazil’s fertilizer imports reached a five-year record in 2024, with 44.3 million tons unloaded at the country’s ports, marking an 8.3% increase over the previous year. The port of Paranaguá handled 11 million tons, up from 10.3 million in 2023. The Northern Arc ports saw an increase of 26% with 7.52 million tons, compared to 5.97 million in the previous year. The Port of Santos received 8.88 million tons, slightly higher than 8.56 million tons in 2023.
