Anec projects Brazil’s soybean exports at 12.359 million tonnes in June, down 10.4% from 13.790 million tonnes shipped in the same month last year and 19.8% below May’s 15.418 million tonnes. Soybean shipments totaled 3.076 million tonnes in the week ended May 30, with exports expected to reach 4.720 million tonnes in the following week. Soymeal exports are forecast at 1.652 million tonnes in June, nearly unchanged from 1.668 million tonnes a year earlier but below the 2.620 million tonnes exported in May. Weekly soymeal shipments reached 618,762 tonnes, with 581,623 tonnes projected for the next reporting period.
