BRAZIL EXPECTED TO EXPORT UP TO 7.49 MILLION TONS OF CORN IN DECEMBER

According to the latest estimate from the National Association of Cereal Exporters (Anec), Brazil is expected to export between 6.8 million and 7.49 million tons of corn in December. This comes after the country exported 6.98 million tons last month and 7.29 million tons in December last year. In the week of December 3-9, Brazil exported 1.49 million tons of corn. Looking ahead, Anec estimates that in 2023, Brazil will export between 55.9 million and 56.6 million tons of corn. This projection is based on the schedule of ships and shipments made by the entity.
