BAHIA FOLLOWS THE BOOM OF EXPORTS IN BRAZIL

The release of Brazil’s November export data by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA) showed good prospects for the sector nationwide. The figure reached US$12.65 billion, surpassing US$10 billion for the first time in November, up 51.2% from the same month last year. In Bahia, the month’s results followed the same trend and showed a good performance for agro-industry. The state’s export revenue hit US$ 1.18 billion in November, up 31% from the same month in 2021.
