At the Port of Ilhéus, cargo movement witnessed a remarkable 33.5% increase in the past year, with a notable 120% growth in the last quarter. This milestone was achieved with the arrival of two large vessels: NV BBC Raise, carrying 11,000 tons of nickel bound for Finland, and the Alcyone I vessel, carrying 33,000 tons of soybeans destined for Tunisia.
