AD Ports Group agreed to acquire Brazil’s Corredor Logística e Infraestrutura (CLI) for US$835 million, its largest M&A transaction to date and first investment in Latin America. The deal includes full ownership of CLI Norte at Itaqui and an 80% stake in CLI Sul at Santos, acquired from Macquarie Asset Management and IG4 Capital. CLI operates bulk export terminals focused on sugar, soybeans and corn, including a major sugar terminal at Santos and assets linked to Northern Arc grain flows through Itaqui. In 2025, CLI handled 17 million tonnes and generated US$178 million in revenue. Existing management will remain in place. Completion is subject to approval by Brazil’s antitrust authority and other regulators, with closing expected in H2 2026. The acquisition expands AD Ports’ global logistics and port portfolio across key agricultural export corridors.
