VLI POSTS RECORD GRAIN SHIPMENTS IN FIRST HALF

VLI transported a record 12.4 million tonnes of grain and meal in the first half of 2026, up 7.9% year on year. Second quarter shipments also reached a record 7.9 million tonnes, an 8% increase from the same period of 2025. Volumes were supported by the company’s three main logistics corridors: the Northern Corridor linking Matopiba and Brazil’s Center-West to the Port of São Luís, the Eastern Corridor connecting Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo to ports in Espírito Santo, and the Southeastern Corridor moving agricultural production from the Center-West to the Port of Santos.
