CODEBA reported record revenue of BRL 291.2 million in 2025, supported by higher throughput and stronger performance across the ports of Aratu, Salvador and Ilhéus. EBITDA margin reached 20%, with net profit at BRL 25 million and cash reserves totaling BRL 417 million earmarked for infrastructure projects. Cargo throughput exceeded 13 million tonnes, the company’s third-best result on record, including 9.5 million tonnes of imports and 3.5 million tonnes of exports. Salvador handled nearly 7 million tonnes, while Aratu-Candeias moved 5.8 million tonnes. Capital expenditure rose 31.7% year on year to BRL 44.7 million, focused on port modernization and operational upgrades. CODEBA also intensified ESG and security initiatives, including the seizure of 631 kilograms of cocaine and expanded drone surveillance. The company is preparing to incorporate the Port of Itajaí into its federal structure from 2026.
