NEW PIER INCREASES OPERATIONS BY 25% AT THE PORT OF SANTOS

Ageo invested BRL 187 million in a new pier in Santos to increase liquid bulk capacity by 25%. The São Paulo Pier accommodates LRI-class vessels for fuels and oils, reducing waiting times for specialized berths. Anderson Pomini, head of the Santos Port Authority, praised Ageo for its contribution to the port’s expansion. The Minister of Ports and Airports, Silvio Costa Filho, has granted Ageo authorization to invest in developing a new tankage basin, which would increase the capacity of the Port of Santos. Ageo’s CEO, Matheus Santiago, has stressed the company’s dedication to innovation and continual development, emphasizing the company’s significant role in the liquid bulk handling sector since 2004.
