The trains that supply the São Francisco do Sul Bulk Terminal at the Port of São Francisco do Sul will now maneuver more quickly since, on Friday, the 14, the works to revitalize the internal railway line were deemed complete. About 500 meters of the railway network (in two sections), including 300 meters that had been deactivated since 2019, underwent enhancements. As a result, trains can maneuver into the port more quickly, using two different tracks: one for the entry of loaded wagons and another for the exit of empty cars. This enhancement allows to increase the loading and unloading capacity of the terminal.
