If the estimates are confirmed, the total Brazilian corn production in the 2019/20 season should be around 101.9 million tons, a stable amount in comparison with the previous harvest. Shipments, in 2020, should be close to 37 million tons, down 12%. In addition, the harvest of the summer crop has so far reached 78.1% of the area and the planting of the 2nd. harvest is in 98.6% of the predicted area.
