The Government of Brazil launched a BRL 10 billion credit line under the MOVE program to finance farm machinery, funded by FNDCT resources and operated by Finep alongside banks and cooperatives. The facility, available within 20–30 days, offers lower rates and covers tractors, harvesters and digital ag equipment. Authorities are also preparing a rural debt restructuring program for both performing and non-performing producers. The move comes amid strong sector growth: agribusiness exports reached US$169.2 billion in 2025 (48.5% of total exports), with 600 new markets opened since 2023. Grain output hit 346.1 million tonnes in 2025, with 2025/26 seen up to 356.3 million tonnes.
