ACP BIOENERGIA OBTAINS BRL 150 MILLION FOR THE EXPANSION OF ITS SUGARCANE CULTIVATION

Via Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA), ACP Bioenergia has just obtained its fifth BRL 150 million capital market investment. The money will go toward expanding its sugarcane cultivation on 16,000 hectares of land spread across four Brazilian states, for a total of 100,000 hectares of land. The company aims to meet the demand of several mills, including Raízen, and predicts a revenue increase of around 40% this year, reaching BRL 1 billion. The CRA transaction was cost-competitive, carried out in two series, and was securitized by True Securitizadora, with support from XP and Santander.
