The estimate for corn production in Brazil in the 2023/24 season was raised this Monday, the 29th, according to a survey by the consultancy Datagro. The country’s total corn production in 2023/24 was estimated at 115.85 million tons, compared to 114.9 million in the previous projection. Datagro said that the production potential of the second harvest was adjusted from 90.88 million to 91.86 million tons, but is still 15.4% below last season.
