ANTONINA PORT ACCESS ROADS SEE 90% PAVING COMPLETION AHEAD OF SEPTEMBER DELIVERY

Port access road paving works in Antonina, Paraná, have surpassed 90% completion under a R$21.9 million investment by Portos do Paraná. The project covers 4.6 km of urban roads and includes concrete pavement, sidewalks, a bike lane, drainage upgrades, road signage and new bus stops. The whitetopping technique uses a 24 cm reinforced concrete layer designed to handle heavy truck traffic linked to import and export flows. The remaining works are scheduled for completion by early September. The upgrade is expected to improve logistics access, road safety and mobility around the port area.
