Port of Açu announced BRL 250 million in investments with BMJ Par to develop a logistics park and truck center across 300,000 sqm. The logistics condominium (CLA) will receive around BRL 200 million, with up to 200,000 sqm of modular warehousing and scalable capacity to support port operations. The truck center (TCA) will account for BRL 50 million, starting with 50,000 sqm and over 240 truck slots, expandable to 100,000 sqm and 500 slots. The projects aim to streamline truck flows, cut logistics costs and improve throughput efficiency. Completion is expected in H2 2026 under 50-year concession agreements.
