RONDÔNIA’S SOYBEAN HARVEST NEARS 80% COMPLETION, OPTIMISM GROWS FOR 2025

The 2025 soybean harvest in Rondônia is nearly complete, with 80% of the region harvested and projected to be finished by April. The state planted 687 thousand hectares, a 6.78% increase over the previous year, boosting national production, which is expected to grow 13.7%. Despite El Niño and precipitation, producers are pressing forward with the harvest. To prevent Asian rust, Idaron stresses the need for pest management and forbids planting after the permitted period has passed. Infrastructure and technological investments help Rondônia become a top agribusiness in Brazil and strengthen the economy, therefore driving growth.
