The output of hydrous ethanol surged 27.6%, reaching 1.23 billion liters, while sugar gained 18.9%, reaching 3.37 million tons. However, anhydrous ethanol declined by 22.5%. Crushing should continue until April, with an estimated 61 million tons handled. Regular rains benefit the upcoming harvest, increasing agricultural potential. Ethanol stocks rose to 384.5 million liters, surpassing the previous cycle. Alagoas and Pernambuco top output with 15.24 and 11.6 million tons, respectively.
