Brazil’s cereal, legume, and oilseed production is expected to reach 325.3 million tons in 2025, representing an 11.1% increase over 2024. Soybeans, corn, and rice will comprise 92.9% of the 80.9 million hectares harvested. Beans (10.9%), rice (8.3%), and corn (8.2%) should increase, while wheat should fall by 3.3%. Mato Grosso leads output with 29.7%, followed by Paraná and Rio Grande do Sul. The Central-West and South regions fluctuate most, with several states increasing grain production. However, coffee and sugarcane production are likely to drop. Wheat production is also falling, suggesting climate issues in the southern regions.
