Exports from Mato Grosso do Sul’s manufacturing industry grew 25% from January to November 2024, reaching $5.93 billion and 8.54 million tonnes, driven by pulp, beef, soybean meal, and sugar. November exports rose 21.34%, despite a 3.2% drop in industrial production compared to November 2023. Manufacturing saw 7.4% growth year-to-date, while extractive industries declined 23%. Pulp production rose 5.8%, and petroleum products and biofuels gained 4.8% year-to-date.
