THE CENTER-SOUTH HAS THE FASTEST OFF-SEASON HARVEST EVER AT 91%

According to AgRural, the 2024 off-season corn harvest in Brazil’s Center-South reached 91% of the cultivated area, up from 83% the week before and 55% the year before. This is the highest rate since 2013, beating the 2019 off-season record of 76%. The harvest is nearly complete in Mato Grosso and advanced in Goiás, Paraná, and Mato Grosso do Sul, therefore attention is now focused on later planting.
