As of July 8th, the harvest of Paraná’s second corn crop reached 66%, up from 53% the previous week, according to the Department of Rural Economy (Deral). Deral reports that 43% of the crop area is in good condition, 36% in average condition, and 21% in poor condition. Regarding growth phases, 7% of the crops are in the fruiting phase, while 93% are in the maturation phase.
