ANEC SEES APRIL SOYBEAN EXPORTS AT 15.78 MILLION TONS

Anec estimates Brazil’s April soybean exports at 15.78 million tons, up 16.9% year-on-year, supported by steady harvest progress, with 82.1% of the 2025/26 crop harvested and Mato Grosso near completion. Soymeal shipments are forecast at 2.71 million tons (+25.7% y/y). Corn exports are seen at 192,000 tons, above April 2025 but well below March levels, as logistics shift to soybeans. The April 5–11 lineup points to 4.24 million tons of soybean loadings, led by Santos, Paranaguá, Itaqui and Barcarena. Year-to-date through April, soybean exports may reach 42.86 million tons, with China taking 75% of shipments in Q1.
