Brazil’s ethanol exports rose sharply in February, reaching 58.44 million liters, a 50.2% increase compared with the same month in 2025 and 37.4% higher than in January. The average export price also climbed 4.4% year-on-year to US$727.34 per cubic meter, boosting total revenue to US$42.51 million, up 56.9% from February last year. On a monthly basis, prices jumped 30%, driving a 78.6% increase in revenue compared to January. The figures, released by the Secretariat of Foreign Trade and reported by the Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services, highlight stronger international demand and improved export prices for Brazilian biofuel.
