The Moegão project is now 80.29% complete and is scheduled to finish in early February 2026. Once operational, it will centralize the reception of rail-delivered bulk grains and meal at Paraná’s ports and distribute the cargo to 11 interconnected terminals. With an annual capacity of 24 million tons, the system will serve terminals within the Eastern Export Corridor (Corex). According to Luiz Fernando Garcia, CEO of Portos do Paraná, “Moegão will revolutionize rail logistics in Paraná and benefit the community. It is being fully funded by Portos do Paraná and will deliver significant results.”
