The National Waterway Transportation Agency (ANTAQ) has approved the opening of a second public hearing and consultation regarding the lease of area SSB01 at the Organized Port of São Sebastião (SP). The aim is to receive additional contributions, inputs, and suggestions during the period from December 29, 2025, to January 27, 2026. The initiative will include changes to the project’s structure resulting from a review of contributions received during the first public consultation and hearing held last year (from September 30, 2024, to December 13, 2024). Among the most relevant changes are the inclusion of containerized cargo handling, the expansion of the area to 426,949 square meters, and an increase in mandatory investments.
