SUGAR: LINE-UP POINTS TO VOLUME INCREASE

There was a total of 82 ships waiting to load sugar in the week that ended on June 21, compared to 64 the week before (June 14). About 3.548 million tons of sugar were lined up to be loaded, as opposed to 2.462 million the week before. The Port of Santos (SP) should load the greater part (2.702 million tons), followed by the ports of Paranaguá (804,848) in Paraná, Maceió (16,000 tons) in Alagoas, Sao Sebastio (18,000 tons) in Sao Paulo, and Suape (7,000 tons) in Pernambuco. VHP variety (3.508 million tons), Cristal B150 (11,780 thousand tons), TBI (21 thousand tons), and refined A-45 (7,000 tons) make up the sugar cargo that will be exported.
