The result for the first half of 2023 reflects a 45% rise in revenue. Abiarroz said that shipments of processed rice with greater added value totaled 99 thousand tons in the first six months of this year, generating BRL 44.3 million in income. Peru, the United States, Spain, Cape Verde, and Honduras took over purchases of rice in the first half of 2023, accounting for 76% of exports.
