BRAZIL’S CORN ETHANOL PRODUCTION GROWS AS A SUSTAINABLE OPTION

The use of corn in the production of ethanol has been booming in Brazil. Conab estimates the production of 3.36 billion liters of corn ethanol for the season, an increase of 29.7% over the previous period, also the trend is for an even greater increase in the coming years. The minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply, Tereza Cristina, was in Sorriso (MT) on Thursday (28), in the inauguration of the expansion of the Ethanol Plant of Corn FS Sorriso Unit.
