The potential of the Port of Natal restarting operations was addressed during a meeting on Wednesday between the president of FIERN (Industrial Federation of Rio Grande do Norte), Roberto Serquiz, the governor of Rio Grande do Norte, Fátima Bezerra, and the regional coordinator of Maersk, Giselmo Félix. FIERN presented the state government Maersk’s Alliance, a shipowner firm that could operate at the Port of Natal.
