VOLUME OF SUGAR SCHEDULED FOR SHIPMENTS IS ABOVE 4 MILLION TONS

Brazilian sugar exports reached 3.204 million tons in June, generating revenues of USD 1.546 billion at an average price of USD 482.60 per ton. The average daily amount was 160.225 thousand tons, with an average daily income of USD 77.324 million over twenty working days. Compared to June 2023, the amount shipped increased by 11.7%, while the average daily income increased by 8.3%. The Port of Santos (SP) handled most exports, shipping 3.237 million tons, followed by Paranaguá (796,003 tons) and Imbituba (91,916 tons).
