The port complex of Vila Velha (ES) gained a new docking point with Otamerica’s berth 207, authorized by the ANP in January 2025. The new structure is already operating with the discharge of fuels such as gasoline and diesel, as well as chemical and petrochemical products. In the first operation, about 36,836 m³ of products were unloaded. With two berths now active, Otamerica increases logistics capacity and streamlines supply chains in the Southeast, southern Bahia, eastern Minas Gerais, and northern Rio de Janeiro. The German-owned company Marquard & Bahls, which has been operating in Brazil since 1972, manages 13 terminals across Latin America.
