TCU GIVES GREEN LIGHT FOR PAR25 NOTICE AUCTION ON APRIL 30 AT B3

Following Federal Court of Accounts (TCU) clearance, Portos do Paraná declared the sale of the PAR25 port leasing area at the Port of Paranaguá, covering 43,459 square meters. Set for April 30 at B3, the auction seeks to standardize all port exploration zones, guaranteeing legal clarity and infrastructure investments. The project, which includes PAR14 and PAR15, aims to quadruple agricultural handing capacity at a total cost of BRL 2.2 billion. PAR25 is expected to get BRL 565.1 million, comprising BRL 233.5 million in investments together with an extra BRL 331.6 million. The auction is part of an initiative aiming at raising the country’s logistical capacity and strengthening the Export Corridor of the Port of Paranaguá.
