Super Terminais set a new record for Amazonas with Operação Itacoatiara, handling over 22,000 containers and 545,000 tons of cargo since September 12. The operation, involving 16 ships and 24/7 activity, boosted efficiency with 34 movements per hour. Amazonas reached $13.7 billion in imports by October, surpassing 2023’s $12.6 billion total, with projections of $16 billion by year-end. Investments of R$15 million improved operations, ensuring supply continuity for the Manaus Industrial Hub and promoting local economic growth. The 240-meter floating pier features advanced cranes and generators, enabling seamless transshipment until river conditions normalize.
