Santos Port Authority (SPA) signed this Monday (23) two technical cooperation agreements with startups Navalport and Logshare from the Cubo Itaú system, the largest entrepreneurship center in Latin America, to develop innovative technological strategies in the Port of Santos. The proposed solutions include optimizing the berth programming and management processes as well as improving the load-sharing system. The ceremony took place at Cubo Itaú’s headquarters in São Paulo. The agreements are part of the Port Authority’s Innovation Program, which aims to propel the Port of Santos to new heights of technological innovation. The program strengthens collaboration among SPAs, port terminals, scientific and technical institutions, research institutes, and startups searching for shared port activity solutions. The agreements are valid for 12 months and are renewable for the same period, with no financial burden on SPA.
