RECORD MOVEMENT AND INVESTMENTS BOOST PORT INFRASTRUCTURE IN PARAÍBA

The Brazilian Government has invested over BRL 16 million at the Port of Cabedelo (João Pessoa – PB), reinforcing its role as a strategic logistics hub. In 2025, the terminal handled more than 285 thousand tons of cargo – primarily petcoke and fuels – and set a monthly record in March with 172 thousand tons. Growth is being driven by modernization efforts, including a new container yard, upgraded drainage and paving systems, and expanded operational capacity. Beyond infrastructure, the Port also supports community initiatives like the Porto Cidade Program and operates a Truck Center capable of accommodating 700 vehicles.
