RECORD-BREAKING BRAZILIAN AGRICULTURE EXPORTS SOAR TO USD 14.19 BILLION IN SEPTEMBER

In September 2024, Brazilian agriculture exports reached a record USD 14.19 billion, up 3.6% year-over-year, driven by increases in the volume of beef, sugar, and cellulose. Soybeans, livestock, sugar-alcohol complex, forest products, grains, and coffee accounted for 84.6% of total exports. Highlights were sugar at USD 1.92 billion, up 6.4%, and beef at USD 1.25 billion, up 29.2%. In addition, pulp and green coffee set records with USD 1.04 billion and USD 1.07 billion, respectively.
