Cargo handling at Paranaguá and Antonina ports climbed by 8% between January and May, reaching 27.2 million tons, up 1.97 million from the same period in 2023. Imports surged 14% to 10.3 million tons, while exports increased 4% to 16.9 million tons. Soybeans stood out with an 11% increase to 6.38 million tons.
