The Santos Port Authority (APS) will auction two areas for logistics condominiums on December 4, totaling R$477.9 million in investments and 20-year concessions. The complexes—one in Santos (Right Bank) and another in Guarujá (Left Bank)—will offer 877 truck parking spaces and are expected to be completed by 2029. The Santos site, near major terminals like BTP and the future Tecon Santos 10, will receive R$282.5 million, while the Guarujá project will require R$195.4 million and will be the city’s first logistics condominium. APS president Anderson Pomini emphasized that the projects are essential to support the port’s expansion and infrastructure improvements, including the Santos-Guarujá tunnel.
