The future Alemoa S.A. Real Estate and Participations, the Private Use Terminal (TUP) Alemoa, situated in the region of the same name on the Right Bank of the Port of Santos, is seeking partnerships with investors interested in operating the designated space for liquid bulk cargo operations. The upcoming private terminal addresses a significant demand within the Santos complex, particularly the extended queues of ships awaiting berthing. The project involves the construction of a terminal with a new water access channel in Alemoa, featuring plans for the development of three berths. “There are 90 thousand square meters (m²) of area that can be interconnected with the other 170,000 m² that the company Alemoa S.A. already has in the region, as well as, alternatively, other companies that want to use the berths for water transport,” says João Maria Menano, director of the company Alemoa S.A.
