The Port Authority of Santos (APS), the Municipalities of Cubatão, Guarujá, Santos and São Vicente, and institutions of the port complex of Santos signed the “Manifesto to the ESG values of the Port of Santos”. The document was signed on August 1st, on the 1st day of the 2nd ESG Conference at the Port of Santos. The Port of Santos recognizes the importance of environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) principles for sustainable development and corporate responsibility and assumes the commitment, through its Port Authority of Santos and other signatory companies of this manifesto, to adopt and promote practices aligned with these values, with the principles of the Global Compact and with the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations (UN).
