The Port Authority of Santos (APS) and Terminal XXXIX (T-39) have signed a fifth addendum to their lease contract, adjusting the deadline for presenting the executive project of the investment plan. This adjustment relates to the lease of a 45,000 square meter area on the Right Bank of the Port of Santos, used for handling soybeans, corn, and bran. The fourth addendum had expanded the terminal area, but the lessee, Terminal XXXIX, requested more time to present the project plan due to the unavailability of the expanded area for technical work until March 2024. APS accepted this request, extending the deadline accordingly. The terminal is owned by Caramuru Alimentos and Rumo, each holding a 50% share.
