The National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) approved on Thursday (04) the resolution that modifies the rules on the marketing of fuels. The new guideline changes ANP Resolution 41/2013, which deals with resale activity of fuels; ANP Resolution 8/2007, which establishes the requirements for the exercise of the activity of retail reseller transport – TRR and ANP Resolution 58/2014, which regulates the activity of fuel distributor. Among the main changes are the regulation of fuel delivery, the express permission to TRRs to market gasoline C, and the rule that fuel prices will be expressed with two decimal places (prices per liter of all marketing fuels must be expressed by sales stations with two decimal places, in the price panel and in the pumps, as to make things easier for consumers).
