MILLIONAIRE INVESTMENT TO ENHANCE SANTOS PORT’S MAIN ROAD

BRL 13.98 million was spent on the repair of the Port of Santos’ main entrance at Alemoa Industrial, including BRL 10.6 million from the state and BRL 3.3 million from the municipality. The project includes drainage, asphalt, LED lighting, and landscaping for 14,000 daily automobiles. No traffic interruptions are predicted during the year-long 10-phase project, except for rare detours. Following city hall and state government agreements, Rua Augusto Scaraboto and nearby neighborhoods will undergo asphalt demolition and rehabilitation, concrete gallery installation, and sidewalk and signpost improvements.
