Brazil’s sales abroad exceeded imports by $1.591 billion in the fourth week of September, with exports reaching $6.358 billion and imports totaling $4.767 billion. In exports, comparing the averages until the fourth week of the month ($1.479 billion) with the average recorded in September 2022 ($1.361 billion), there was an 8.7% growth. Regarding imports, there was a 15.7% decrease over the same period. In the month, exports to foreign countries amount to $22.195 billion, and imports total $14.985 billion, resulting in a positive balance of $7.21 billion and a trade flow of $37.179 billion. Year-to-date, exports have reached $246.773 billion, and imports stood at $177.158 billion, with a surplus of $69.615 billion and a trade flow of $423.93 billion.
