As of April 4, 2025, the harvest of Brazil’s 2024-25 summer corn crop in reached 61.8% of the total estimated area of 3.512 million hectares, according to Safras & Mercado. Mato Grosso led with 100% of the harvest completed, followed by Rio Grande do Sul (85.9%), Paraná (81.8%) and Santa Catarina (78.3%). Meanwhile, Goiás/Federal District (20.4%) and Mato Grosso do Sul (10.3%) are still in the early stages.
