Brazil’s bioinputs market exceeded BRL 7 billion in the 2024/25 crop, placing the country among the top three globally with a 15–18% share and ~50% of Latin America. Industry expansion is accelerating, with the number of companies up over 50% since 2022 and more than 200 firms registered. Globally, the segment reached ~$15 billion in 2025, with 10% annual growth expected through 2030. In Brazil, biologicals represent 7.2% of the crop protection market, led by corn (10.1%), sugarcane (8.1%) and soybeans (7.1%). Bionematicides hold 31% share, followed by bioinsecticides (25%) and biofungicides (15%). Treated area rose 15.8%, but market value grew 3.6%, indicating margin pressure. Consumption is expected to increase 17% in 2026, with treated area projected to expand 66% over five years.
