The volume of soy shipped through Arco Norte ports reached 37.7% of the national total, from January to October, compared to 32.6% in the same period of 2021. This is the greatest volume of soy among Brazilian ports. The data are part of the monthly Logistic Bulletin, of the National Supply Company (Conab). The Port of Santos handled 33.6% of the national oilseed supply between January and October, compared to 27.2% in the same period last year. Paranaguá (PR) shipped 12.8% of exports compared to 14.2% in the previous year, while the port of Rio Grande shipped 6.5% compared to 14.6% in the previous year. The states of Mato Grosso, Goiás, Minas Gerais, Paraná, and São Paulo were the major origins of export cargoes in October.
